Accoil lets you review engagement at workspace, account, and user level. Use a dashboard for the overall trend, then open an account or user profile when you need to understand an individual result.
Review the overall trend
Open the Home or Engagement suggested dashboard and choose the user or account context that matches your question. Set the time period before comparing the current result with an earlier period.
The Total Score metric still exists in the new dashboard experience. It is displayed as a metric card rather than the retired standalone score report. Use the chart or summary on the card to review the direction of the metric over the selected period.
The latest period can be incomplete. When Accoil shows an incomplete period in grey, treat it as a work in progress rather than a final comparison point.
Investigate an account or user
Open an account or user profile from a dashboard, segment, profile list, or search result. The cards on the profile help explain the activity and product usage behind that record's result.
Profile layouts can be customised, so the cards available to you may differ from another person's layout. Check the workspace, object, and time-period context before comparing results.
Build a focused view
Use the Metric Library when you need a different engagement, activity, feature, event, segment, or retention metric. Add the relevant metric card to a custom dashboard when your team needs to return to the same set of measures regularly.
Avoid comparing values from different objects or time periods as if they measure the same thing. A user result describes one person; an account result combines activity around an account.
