Use an account profile

Review an account's product activity, users, activation, traits, and other metrics in one configurable profile.

Written by Simon Herd

An account profile brings the information about one customer account into a single view. Use it to review product activity, the people in the account, activation progress, traits, and the metrics that matter to your work.

An account profile layout in Accoil

Open an account profile

Select an account from an account list, segment, dashboard metric card, or search result. The profile opens in the current workspace, so the metrics reflect that workspace's configuration and context.

If the same account belongs to another workspace, use Search to see the other workspace matches and open the record in the context you need.

Read the information on a profile

The exact layout depends on whether you are using the default layout or a layout you have customised. An account profile can include:

  • metric cards for account activity, engagement, adoption, or other measures

  • an account summary or AI-generated summary

  • a table of users who belong to the account

  • activation charts

  • headings that organise the profile into sections

Check the time period and workspace context before comparing profile values with a dashboard or another account.

Customise the layout

Open Options and choose Edit layout.

In the layout editor, add the cards and sections you need, drag items to change their order, and make an item full width when it needs more space. Save the layout when it is ready.

Layouts are personal by default. Use the Options menu to switch between the default and custom layout. Contact Accoil Support if your team needs a shared layout for an account.

The same layout workflow is available for user profiles.
