Summary

Accoil automatically creates ready-to-use segments for accounts and users, making it easy to spot engagement patterns at a glance.

How this helps

Suggested segments surface important groups, saving you time and helping you focus on growth, retention, and risk.

Pre-built segments in Accoil

Accoil generates Account Segments and User Segments automatically. You’ll find these under Suggested Segments in the left-hand nav.

  • Expand Account Segments to view groups like Red hot, Ice cold, Recently inactive, and more.

  • Expand User Segments to see the equivalent user-level groups.

Filter definition

Each suggested segment comes with a built-in filter definition that explains exactly how accounts or users are grouped.

  1. In the left-hand nav, select a segment (for example, Ice cold accounts).

  2. On the segment page, click Show filters in the top right.

  3. The filter definition will appear, showing the rules that must be met to fall into this segment.

Example: Ice cold accounts use the filter Trend: score decreased by greater than 10 vs last scoring period.

Filter definitions for pre-built segments are fixed — they can’t be edited.

If you want to change the rules, create a new custom segment with your own definitions.
