How score change emojis work
Accoil compares each account or user’s current engagement score with their score from the previous tracking period.
For example, if your engagement period is set to 7 days, the current score is measured against the score from 7 days earlier.
When the change is significant, an emoji appears next to the user’s score:

🔥 Score increase of 10+ points → Strong positive trend
❄️ Score decrease of 10+ points → Noticeable drop in engagement
🚨 Recently inactive → No engagement in the last tracking period
