Individual Account Details
The Account Detail page gives you everything you need to know about an individual account — from engagement and adoption to activity patterns and user details — all in one view.
It’s where you can check the health of that account, identify risks, and decide on the next steps.
Key sections include:
Account traits
In General details, you'll find a list of Account Traits. Some of these are automatically calculated by Accoil, while others come from your account data.
Traits calculated by Accoil:
Last active – The most recent date when the user or account interacted with the product.
Raw engagement score – The unprocessed engagement score based on user activity before normalization.
Tenure – The total time since the user or account was created in Accoil.
Adoption - 30 days – The percentage of key product features used by the account in the last 30 days.
Adoption - all time – The percentage of key product features used by the account since its creation.
Frequency - 30 days – The number of days in the last 30 that the user or account was active.
Click "Show traits" to view any additional custom traits you’re sending to Accoil for your accounts.
Average score over time
At the top of the page, you’ll see a chart showing this account’s average customer health score over time. It includes:
Adoption rate for the last 7 days.
Account frequency.
Weekly active users.
Hover over the chart to see how the account’s score has changed over time, based on the average of all user engagement scores within the account.
User list
Below the chart, you’ll see a list of users in the account along with key engagement metrics.
Activity breakdown
This section provides a detailed breakdown of all key events triggered by users in the account within a selected timeframe.
This helps answer key questions:

What specific actions are users taking?
