This one-way integration treats Accoil as a destination in Amplitude. Once connected, Accoil ingests events, user properties, and account-level metadata—so your teams in Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Support can act on timely insights without managing new instrumentation or pipelines.
With this integration, you can:
Monitor feature usage and engagement at both the user and account level
Detect changes in activation, retention, and churn risk
Drive action using real-time product data inside recipes, dashboards, and cohorts
Unify behavioral signals with business context—like plans, roles, and lifecycle stage

Setting up the integration is quick and handled entirely in your Amplitude workspace.
1. Get your Accoil API Key
To authorize the sync, you’ll need your Accoil API Key:

Navigate to: Workspace > Settings > Account Settings > General
Copy the API Key for the workspace you want to connect
2. Connect in Amplitude
In Amplitude, go to Data > Catalog > Destinations
Under Customer Engagement, select Accoil
