This one-way integration treats Accoil as a destination in Amplitude. Once connected, Accoil ingests events, user properties, and account-level metadata—so your teams in Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Support can act on timely insights without managing new instrumentation or pipelines.

With this integration, you can:

  • Monitor feature usage and engagement at both the user and account level

  • Detect changes in activation, retention, and churn risk

  • Drive action using real-time product data inside recipes, dashboards, and cohorts

  • Unify behavioral signals with business context—like plans, roles, and lifecycle stage

Key Benefits

  • No re-instrumentation required
Accoil consumes the same events already sent to Amplitude, eliminating the need for duplicate tracking.

  • Account-level clarity
Group data in Amplitude is automatically mapped to Accoil’s account model—enabling account-level scoring, segmentation, and targeting.

  • Cross-functional usability
Once the stream is active, teams across your company can use the data in Accoil for activation playbooks, upsell campaigns, churn interventions, and product strategy.

How to Set Up

Setting up the integration is quick and handled entirely in your Amplitude workspace.

1. Get your Accoil API Key

To authorize the sync, you’ll need your Accoil API Key:

  • Log in to your Accoil workspace

  • Navigate to: Workspace > Settings > Account Settings > General

  • Copy the API Key for the workspace you want to connect

2. Connect in Amplitude

  1. In Amplitude, go to Data > Catalog > Destinations

  2. Under Customer Engagement, select Accoil

  3. Click Create Sync, give your sync a name, and paste in your Accoil API Key

  4. Configure event filters, user ID mapping, and any additional properties you want to send

  5. Click Test Connection and Enable the sync

That’s it—events will begin streaming into Accoil in real time. Most data appears within 1–2 minutes after setup.

What Gets Synced

Once connected, Amplitude sends the following to Accoil:

  • Events: All (or selected) user events

  • User properties: Including custom fields (like role, plan, etc.)

  • Group (account) data: Mapped from Amplitude’s groups and group_properties to Accoil’s account model
