Managing Billing & Plans in Accoil

All you need to know to manage your subscription

Summary

The Billing & Plans section gives you full control over:

  • Your active Accoil subscription

  • Choosing or switching pricing plans

  • Managing billing details and invoices

  • Adjusting between monthly and annual billing

It’s flexible, secure, and designed to support your team as it grows.


Your current plan

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • Your active plan (e.g., Startups, Better, or Best)

  • The billing frequency (monthly or annual)

  • Key features included in your plan (e.g., actions, tracked users, scoring workspaces)

Plans can be updated at any time. Changes will take effect at your next renewal period.


Changing Plans

To upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing frequency:

  1. Navigate to the Plans section.

  2. Select a new plan or switch between Monthly and Annual tabs.

  3. Changes will apply at your next billing cycle — you won’t be charged immediately.

  4. You’ll receive confirmation via email once the change is scheduled.


Updating Billing Information

All billing information is managed via Accoil’s secure integration with Stripe

  • Click “Update Billing” to open your Stripe Billing Portal

  • From there, you can:

    • Update payment methods (e.g., credit card)

    • Edit billing contact details

    • View and download past invoices

All billing changes are securely handled in Stripe — Accoil never stores your payment data directly.


Accessing Invoices

Your complete invoice history is available through the Stripe Billing Portal:

  • Download individual invoices

  • View payment status and billing details

  • Share with your finance or accounting team as needed
